Data Collected
We collect: food entries (names, descriptions, photos, ratings), location (optional), dietary preferences and allergens, account information (if you sign in).
Legal Basis
We process data based on your consent and our legitimate interest in providing app services.
Data Storage
Data is stored locally on your device (SwiftData). If you sign in, data is synced to the cloud (Supabase) within the EU.
Third-Party Services
We use: Supabase (cloud storage), USDA FoodData Central (nutritional data), Open Food Facts (nutritional data). We do not sell your personal data.
Your Rights (GDPR)

Data Retention
Local data is retained until you delete it. Cloud data is retained for the duration of your account and 30 days after account deletion.
No Data Sales
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
